Only authorized resellers, dealers, distributors etc can resell the sounds Ttoz. I am sorry. Some people do it anyway but they are not supposed to. There's no such thing as "used sound libraries" actually because of the license agreements and the condition upon which they are sold and licensed to the original purchaser only. It's not the same as hardware. But, then that conversation has been overdone here on KVR that I know you haven't missed it!
But, anyway, we took care of you pretty darn good over the years I think. If you have them sealed and you got them from esoundz and you want to send them back for credit for something else then email support@esoundz.com But, the only reason we could do that is because they are polywrapped (which means we know they were not opened for sure).
