I personally use Voxengo for everything, but, I have a friend who uses these plugs and nothing else. They look fantastic, best looking gui's I have ever seen, and the quality is up there with anything I have myself.

Maybe demo them?

a deesser is a dynamic filter to remove/smoothen hiss sounds or sharp s or sch..mostly used for vocal tracks..

A De-Esser yes, but a deesser? sounds like some beer.

massive intake of beer actually INCREASES sibilance. so deesser is the opposite of de-esser. i think.........i'll have another.

I didn't find any of their plug-ins to be at all impressive, personally, and I recall they were pretty psycho on the CPU. I'd take the Kjaerhus free plugs over these.
