er... Reason? whate? I don't like Reason.
Reaktor works very fine and sounds really cool to be limited by the "inhability" to export VST's...
If anyone can afford the cost it has, the possibilities that Reaktor (sorry if I mystyped Reaktor and wrote reason) gives to an advanced user are truly unlimited
(... oh, sorry, there are limits, it don't understand voice commands and won't fry potatoes at night... somehow those feats are expected)

I don't hate Reason, I do noot Like it.
I was among the first ones used it and I found it really interesting, but after a few months I decide it was not my business... I prefer things like Reaktor... Or just like the NordModularG2 editor that Clavia gives for free to test "the patches" in its website.

Largely self-taught, but my questions when I had them were framed with a bit more humility & respect towards those I solicited answers from.
Start from the begining, then, and ask your questions. Number them, and I'll answer all the ones I can.
Fair?
