dunno? I've never tried it....does it sound like a tube or is it just overdrive and waveshaping.

To my ears the lows are more controlable but tends to sound thiner than T1,but in T1.1 you can bring up the lows with less mud.

I love the overdrive of this baby.

Quick question: Is Tubester 1 a guitar amp simulation of a Marshall? Is Tubester 2 a simulation of a Fender guitar amp? Or are these plugins "general" power amp simulations? Or what?

Don't know, but both of them can make some rather radical lead guitars, riffs and stuff. Excellent.
