you get a license to run on two computers, so you can have it installed on a mac and a pc at the same time.

This has not changed for T2. Two licenses. Use them on whatever platform you like.

I just want to reiterate that this is very much a selling point for me. It's a flexible system. I don't like the copy protection (I still think that if Sonar can get by without it, so can Tracktion), but Mackie and Jules are reasonable enough to give us two licenses without any restrictions for crossing platforms.
Beno, for what it's worth, please let folks at Mackie know that at least one customer is pleased with that setup, and that it was one of the things that attracted me to Tracktion. I think it's important to let you guys know what you're doing right, so that it keeps up.

That's actually a big selling point for me, because I am looking to get a PowerBook within the next 6 months, and it'd be nice to be able to go from a WinXP desktop to a PowerBook and vice versa.
If I get a FW interface, I can even share that between the two.

I've been lusting after a new apple computer, but now I'm PC, so I'll third that T being cross-platform is a huge + !
