Good news is that I should have a couple of other jazz tunes out soon. If and when Garritan BB&J comes out I should be ready to just hook it up and let the show begin.

zio, i don't know if this been addressed before, but i'm having a host issue. i've tried several of your Mr. Ray plug-ins using Acid 4.0 but when I try to change the preset the software hangs and crashes. If I don't mess with the preset or the settings, it works fine... have you (or anyone else here) encountered this before? Any suggestions?

I have the same problem with Effectizer in Wavelab.
In Cubase SX2 it's OK.

I just tried this one out. A very faitfull emulation indeed. Hard to believe it's synthedit based...that program must be really coming along.

Great work! If i ever manage to dig myself out of the financial hole i'm buried in, i'll donate some money. ; )

OK, so I'm curious...how does this compare to Emagics EVP73? isn't that supposed to emulate this instrument aswell?

There are 2 versions of MrRay: MrRay 2.2 (the "Senior" version) and MrRay SeventyThree. The former is a little buggy (read the documentation), the latter doesn't have any presets. You must be talking about the senior version... are you?

Oh... I have a friend who had Logic and EVP73... I might ask him to make a comparison for me..

I have Logic and the EVP88. It doesn't sound as good.

This is one of THE best free instruments ever (assuming you like Rhodes sounds)!
