I have no affiliation with Bela D Media at all, but I think good customer experiences should be shared, so...

I want to give a big thumbs up and a big thank you to Francis and particularly to Dawn at Bela D Media.

Firstly, for their rapid, friendly and efficient customer service - when my DIVA Bundle package went missing in the post they were fantastic about it and they could literally have done no more than they did to help. An absolutely brilliant example to other vendors.

Secondly, the DIVA bundle is a magnificent piece of work, and with the Group Buy they ran I feel that it's one of my best purchases.

Anyway, thank you Bela D Media! You definitely have a fan in me.

I was in on the Diva group buy also, and I'm very happy with my purchase. I wish it would have been available in Sampletank format, but I've had good luck running mine in V Sampler. The quality of the samples is excellent and it's truely a unique set. Thumbs up from me!

Totally agree. A bunch of very nice guys that are professional, passionate, and helpful. Just be careful if you talk to them on the phone though, because they sure can chat up a storm! :D

I've heard nothing but good things about Bela D Media...but without an open forum, I'm loath to buy (or even consider buying). Open forums (case in point!) are an extremely powerful arena for exchanging information. I have very specific needs and thus very specific questions...without the ability to go back and forth with existing users (and to see existing users go back and forth between themselves), I'm reluctant to make an investment in a company. Even one as small as a sample library. Which is one reason I'm waiting for Garritan's Choral Whatever He's Gonna Call It...his Northernsound forum is useful to the Nth degree. :love:

By the way, this is not a criticism of Bela D Media's products...just their business practices as pertains to a forum!

I'm not sure I understand your point. Are you speaking about why Bela D Media does not have there very own forum section at NSS? If so, I hate to educate you but the cost for that is higher than my mortgage. Please allow us time to grow.
Bela D does have user's forum and it is home to hundreds of users. Garritan included ;).

I think he is referring to the fact that only Bela D customers can enter the Bela D forum. It is not open to the public. That's my understanding of the post anyway.

To imagegod, having been around a while I understand the history behind why this is so. Bela D has had confrontations before will ill willed individuals who I won't name here. This caused him to privatize his forum. Once you own any Bela D library, you are given full entry to the forum. It is a valuable recourse I might add. This is no different than what some other companies do as well.

I just want to add to this string to inform everyone at k-v-r what great customer support is provided at Bela Media. I had a question (turned out to be user error, as expected). I decided to call their free 24 hour hotline. I spoke to one of the people on the development team immediately, who did his best to guide me.

I am not affiliated with Bela Media, but I thought a favorable heads up was in order.
