Hi friends,
First I've recently re-downloaded a demo of Flstudio to test some MIDI config (It's important as I usualy use SX with only one MIDI keyboard).
I've read on another board that it's possible to link two MIDI keyboards to FL using MIDI Yoke and/or MIDI-OX.
I have a EDIROL PCR-50 and a STUDITECH MC-25.
the first one use USB and the second standard MIDI port.
The fact is that FLstudio doesn't support more than one MIDI output port at once, so I have to link my two MIDI devices to one input port and then send MIDI datas to FL.
I don't have any informations on how to do this with MIDI Yoke / MIDI OX...Of course I'd like to ask Image-line tech-support but as I use a demo version of their product I'm sure I couldn't access to their forums.
Does anybody have an idea on how to do this ?
This is important for me because I plan to buy FLstudio soon but I don't know if this can be made (and I really love FL MIDI learn capabilities :) )

So if anybody got further informations about this, please let me know
Thanks in advance
Kisses

I believe you'd do it this way (I haven't actually tried it, but I will be doing so in the near future - and I have used MidiYoke+MidiOX together before to transpose and tweak controller ranges and CC's).

Install MidiOX and MidiYoke. I think MidiYoke requires a reboot, I'm not sure (it's been so long!)

Start MidiOX and connect both input devices to it. Connect the output to MidiYoke - say MY input (ie receives data from a source) port 1. You may have to use the routing parameters to do this, or you may be able to just connect both inputs to a single output.

Start FLS and set it to red input from MY output (ie sends data to a sequencer or instrument) port 1.

As I said, I haven't done exactly what you're wanting to do before, but it's probably a good start for you.

thanks a lot Doug :D
It seems it wasn't so difficult to do,and, it works flawlessly, Now I need to find how to link each keyboard to a specific MIDI channel.
Again Thanks a lot
