Is there anyway to use more than 8 plugins in a single channel in cubase?

You mean inserts?
There are 2 ways I can immediately think of:
1) Use up all your 8 inserts and then re-route to a group channel, which will allow you access to another 8. And you can then re-route onwards if you need even more
2) A multiFX chainer plugin...there's one I've got in my folder, but can't remember the name - it allows you to chain 4 FX in one insert slot (or send, if you want...) which means if you use it in each slot, you can have 32 FX on one channel. It's a freebie - the commercial version has 8 slots apparently.
Called FFX4 or something like that. Check the links at the top right of the page...should be in there somewhere.

Hey thanks for the reply.

I cant really figure this out...How do I re-route to a group channel? Can you please explain a little bit more how to do it.

CTAF's Multifxvst chainer is free.
