Changes in TinyFX v0.310 + :
Tiny Distort:
- New! Have fun figuring out what all the cryptic knobs do. Sample decimation adjustable down to 40:1, sample quantization from 24 bit to 1 bit, several different forms of waveshaping distortion, variable-hardness clipping, and a gain knob that goes to 11.
Tiny Splitter:
- First out pair is lowpass, second out pair is bandpass, third out pair is highpass.
Tiny Chorus:
- Changes to feedback algorithm. Feedback knob now goes positive and negative. Beware DC offsets in positive feedback mode.
Tiny Gate:
- New! Includes feedback delay and step mutator.
Tiny FX
No intermodule communication yet. Stay tuned...

If Rolands is sueing Behringer, just make sure you don't get sued by this guy...

Tiny Chorus is nifty... you can get some reverb and comb filter like stuff going on.
Can I put in a request for more feedback?
And as far as intermodule communication goes, is that going to include being able to put one plugin inside another's feedback loop? ::drools::

I'm actually putting a limiter on the feedback amount so that if things start to clip, it automatically backs off the feedback amount. I could instead change that to an automatic gain control, which would basically turn it into a set of LFO'd comb filters when the feedback got high enough...foosnark wrote:Tiny Chorus is nifty... you can get some reverb and comb filter like stuff going on.

That's not currently in the plan. The linking is just control-rate stuff, LFOs, envelope generators/followers, a few other things. I'll put that in the plan for TinyFX 2.0, currently scheduled for summer 2008 release. And as far as intermodule communication goes, is that going to include being able to put one plugin inside another's feedback loop? ::drools::

Isn't that Mortiss?

Surprised at distortion coming out top? Have you listened in on music cafe recently? There's a lot of people on here who use a lot of distortion!Borogove wrote:Hmm, distortion's picking up surprising levels of interest. I might also combine waveshaping/analoguesque distortion with bitcrusher and more digital forms into one plugin.
