Multiple Midi Channels?

I've had Manystation a whole week now and still only feel I'm scratching the surface. With the Mod Matrix you can pretty much do anything you can imagine (and probably a few I can't!). At the risk of appearing to complain about such a great synth, I have a couple of suggestions for things I'd like to see in a future version:
- would it be possible to have selectable Midi channels controlling different layers? I know EVE does this and it would save opening many instances of the Engine for 1 or 2 layers patches;
- one of the destinations that the Engine doesn't have is envelope segments - eg. using velocity to control the attack speed?

These may be Wusik rather than Many - but I only have the latter so that's where I'm making my requests!

And don't get me wrong, I absolutely love it as it is - just a couple of suggestions to make it even better! :wink:

Hi Phil
There is a beta for Wusik Engine in testing now that has multi timbral capabilities. I have not tried it myself yet as i was busy, so i don't know yet how it is implemented, but maybe some of the guys have tried and can comment. (See the wusik forum too as there is a thread there on it.) ManyStation will get the same update once the beta is tested more.

Also, I will ask William about the other things you ask.
Thanks for the comments.

Hy guys. The Multi-Timbral works. You can select now the midi-channel you want to assign to each OSC. The default is OMNI for all.

About the mod-matrix request, is on my todo list, maybe on a future update we will include it.

Any idea when this will be available and how much it will cost (if anything?!).

Hi Phil
The Multitimbral version will be a Free upgrade.
As to when it is available... I'll get William to come and answer that as he better knows how the Beta is proceeding.

Usually he is pretty Quick ... So i would not expect it to be too long off.
