... what other (preferably small footprint / low CPU) .mp3 players have the ability to export playlists as .txt or other format files ???
(might be being thick but i cant find this in winamp 5 ... im sure i tried a player that did this a while back but for the life of me i cant remember what it was)

A winamp playlist (*.m3u) file is essentially a text file with a list of the mp3 files names. You can open it in notepad or rename it to *.txt.

dunno if that's what you looking for.
(found the app i was thinking of too ... its not a player but that mp3studio thing that kriminal uses ... generates detailed .txt file lists from ID3 tag info)
