Shuffle effect in FL Studio?

There's this "Shuffle" effect in Reason which pushes every off-beat 1/16 note a bit off grid, so to speak. Is there something similar in FL Studio? Also there's the Change Events function in Reason to edit the length / velocity of certain notes with percentages... is this possible in FL Studio?

The answer to both questions is yes.
In the step sequencer, up and to the right, is a "Shuffle" bar. This will shuffle everything playing in the step sequencer, but will not affect the piano roll. In the piano roll, you will have to use the Groove Quantization tool to add shuffle (or any other timing effect, of which there are lots). Still waiting for a non-destructive Groove Quantization
In FL "Change Events" means something very different, but you can do something similar to what it means in Reason in FL. Just select whatever notes you want, double click one of the notes, and then you can adjust the velocity by percentage. I dont know if the length will also be adjusted for the whole group, but you can at least do it for one (the bottom of the same dialog box).

There's also another cool trick when you click on the button that brings up parameters for the step sequencer. Drag the bar on the bottom and it will take you to the "volume", "pitch", "resonance", "filter" and finally to the "shift" parameters. Here you shift each note in the step sequencer according to a graph.

Are you talking about the small bottons on the left of each channel or something else? I'm lost! There's also another cool trick when you click on the button that brings up parameters for the step sequencer
Thorough preparation makes its own luck

I think he means the buttons right beside the shuffle slider. The bars graph icon brings up parameters that you can edit per step.
