without question Steve Reich - Music for 18 musicians. My all time fav piece of music and i dont believe ive actually made it through the whole thing without falling into a beautiful dream like state and then actually falling asleep.

I hardly ever put on music to go to sleep by, but a long time ago Mogwai's "Rock Action" was a nice lullaby album for me

Though I wish I had a recording of the version of 'Alone' they performed in Toronto last summer - way better than the original, and really frightening.
