Seems when I load up some of the 3xosc presets, the arp patterns (real time, not piano role arp) will play ok , but then if I tweak the arp slightly, the pattern changes to something completely different. It's like the initial pattern was wrong, and the small tweak causes the correct pattern to kick in???

I actually like the 'wrong' pattern, but its something that shouldn't actually be possible with the range/ability of this arpeggiator

I'm just wondering if others have problems with this arpeggiator. Are there knowm issues with this??

Thanks

i think it has something to do with u 'tweaking' it :)

if i 'tweak' an arpeggiators octave range (from 1 to, say, 3) it will play the arpeggio completely different! (its playing the pattern thru 3 octaves, instead of 1).

but serious,
maybe u need to be more specific in what exaclty it was u 'tweaked' and what (should have) happened (but didn't):D
By controlling the voltages, we control the frequencies, by
controlling the frequencies, we can control the human mind.
.... but God knows the machines took over our brains last
night ... who is controlled and who is controlling?

Yea, I get your point JP, but by tweaking I mean only a very small change in one of the parameters, nothing large enough to cause the change that I get.
( from a 3 octave range minor chord, to a one octave major chord...)

When I get home and run it, I can be more specific.
I think there was some problems in earlier editions of FL with the arpeggiator, but was wondering if this is still an issue in the latest release.

Thanks.

nought wrong w/ the arpeggiator ...

right click the parameter you 'tweaked' , and choose 'reset' ...
this will restore that parameter to it's original position ...
