Is there a standalone VSTi or AudioUnit host application for OS X that will work with Drumkit From Hell Superior? Due to its multiple outs (which I can't seem to turn off), this appears to be problematic. I've tried:

The Ugly VSTi Interface
VSTiHost
None of these seem to play any notes other than the kick and the snare. Anybody have any suggestions?

Can't help with the hosts, sorry, but in the settings page there is an option "stereo mixdown" which forces dfhs to only use a stereo output. You'll need to restart dfhs for the change to take effect though.
