Hi,

I just updated 'Extra Boy' with a 'Hi-Res' mode and I also added 5 additional presets which provide easy use of the new mode. (Couldn't resist it.

)

The 'Hi-Res' mode effectively doubles the spectral resolution of all processing steps. The primary result of this is to reduce artifacts (i.e. so called watery artifacts) and provide better vocal suppression/extraction.

You have complete control and can switch between resolution modes using the button on the 'About' panel.

This thing works good for iso vox. It would probably make taking vox samples from old records a breeze. Only for fun though...

Didn't test it yet... will have time during the weekend.
So you guys say this plugin realy works good ? Haven't heard a plugin which can do this job yet without very noticable artifacts...
A Mp3 demo could be nice for hearing the results

thanks for this.
i'm already having problems with sample clearance.
so, i'd recommend you all to start using (sampling) eminem, queen, britney (of course) and michael jackson.
might let their lawyers clear my tunes........

and if this works good, thanks a bunch! u wouldn't believe what i had to do..........

and how long it took

I set the presets up using jazz/swing and rock material.

If you find improvements on my presets that work better with different material, post it here or on the Elevayta forum and I'll consider to include them in a future release.
