basicly its a hardsync sound ...
it should be easy to create such sounds with all synths that have the feature to sync one osc to another (f.e. zeta+ or albino 2).
the hard thing is, that every synth sounds different
, especially when syncing sounds, some become thin ... mostly you can achieve the fatest sync sounds by using a full pulse wave on both oscs (saw can do it too). the trick is to tune the "master" osc (the one that is the sync reference) 5 halftones up, and on top it is being pitched by an envelope that way that it slides down to that 5th ... you have to play around a bit with the settings ...
then you should try to fatten it up by using
unison (if necessary), if the synth you own has that feature ...
if you have hardware :
the roland mks 80 (super jupiter) or a memorymoog
is very good on this ...
