I'd love to be able to play one too (and even just own one). I have several double reed instruments though including the Duduk.

Anyway, most of us have to settle for oboe samples I think. ;)

You're going to really dig Philharmonik.

Forever,

I'm looking forward to it :D hopefully either IK or Image-Line gets their issues fixed, though.

If it blows all the other similarly-priced orchestral libraries away by as much as I'm expecting, I'll be all over it! Even if it's like $400.00 or some sum like that, I'll probably still get it, because an outstanding and complete orchestral library is one of the few truly practical things in music I can think of purchasing :D. I know people always say you can't compare libraries like that, they work together, but ... but... the truth is I have no choice, of course  so I'm going to be extremely happy if it's as good as I hope :).

Yeah, Philharmonik is bound to have a great oboe :D more articulations than you'll know what to do with :D

It'll retail for $499... but it will be significantly cheaper if you already have ST2.

Forever,

Kim.
