WOW!! This thing is supercool! Havent had a chance to read this whole thread BUT..
A. Groupbuy? (count me in)
B. Re: the VA. Are those 7 or 8 waves listed in the the "wave" pulldown the only that are available? Demo limitation?

No. it's not demo limitation.easymode wrote:I wonder too, i would like to have a lot more...the VA. Are those 7 or 8 waves listed in the the "wave" pulldown the only that are available? Demo limitation?
you can use warp and inverse knob to change the waveform.

Havn't converted them, yetkodama wrote:Urs, no q6 presets???
Also, there are not that many (I think 3 in the Mac version and another bunch of 6 - 8 or so in the tutorial files that come with the manual, but these are all still .aupreset...

Nope, but an introduction offer / pre-order. Will set it up within the next few hours!soulkraka wrote:WOW!! This thing is supercool! Havent had a chance to read this whole thread BUT..

As dreammaka wrote, check out the Warp parameter!soulkraka wrote:B. Re: the VA. Are those 7 or 8 waves listed in the the "wave" pulldown the only that are available? Demo limitation?
"V Analog" for instance offers 5 different waveforms, i.e. Sawtooth at 50%, Triangle at 75% and Sine at 100% Warp.
The other waveforms warp from subtle to extreme. Some dub Wavetables, some dub Waveform Symmetry and the last one dubs FM feedback.
And then there's Phase and Inversion: Set "V Analog" at a Warp of 50% (Sawtooth), set Inverse to 50%. Now you have a Square Wave. Now modulate Phase and you have PWM.
The dope factor with this scheme is, you can use that PWM style effect on *any* waveform.
Well, VA was planned to be a simple Virtual Analog. But it became quite a little but more than that
