Hey ...
Great plugins! I'm just using the demo of FreEQ Boy here now. Is there a low-band version planned? The logarithmic nature of audio frequency makes it next to impossible to accurately "draw" bass frequencies. Is there a way to zoom-in on those that I'm not seeing? Also, is there any way to make accurate changes in free-hand drawing, or would I have to make a text file preset? Finally ... I know that I can increase the range of boost/cut, but is there a way to zoom that range and scroll up/down the full 90dB with a window that only shows 6-9dB at a time?
Thanks,
(stu.macQ)

Thanks for your prompt reply. I've ordered now, just waiting for the updated 2.02 link. Great stuff, and inexpensive. A no-brainer. You should make a "Buy All" option at Share-It. I'd like to buy more of your plugs.
Thanks,

How much latency does FreEq Boy introduce? I was just working on a beat and I had FreEq Boy 1.07 on the Hats, and they seemed completely out of groove...

V1.07, the demo version, does not include Latency compensation (PDC). This is only available in the licensed version.declassified wrote:How much latency does FreEq Boy introduce? I was just working on a beat and I had FreEq Boy 1.07 on the Hats, and they seemed completely out of groove...
For V1.07 the amount of latency will depend on the setting of EQ Window (for setting 12 it is 4096 samples delay).
So, V1.07 uses higher CPU and does not include PDC. This is not the case for the licensed (updated) versions (PDC was introduce from V1.08 onwards).

Just one FR (apart from the Zoom which is very important!):
How about keeping the graph of the frequencies octave-based? That means harmonics would always have the same distance from the next harmonic (hope you understand what I mean)...
The view of Voxengo SPAN is very good at this point:

Would also help because in most cases it's not important to have the same precision at 19-20kHz that you'd need in ranges of, say, 0-1000Hz
