Good job fella's, as I am an avid and long time reader of Computer Magazine, I see it as quite an honor to be involved with them in the way you are now. I'd guess it was the demo songs that really sold CM's staff. Enjoy your moment in the sun, but let it not be your last sunburn. Cheers

If its not too far off-topic, what are the "Industrial" samples like? Lame as f**k, I imagine.

I'm sorry, we will never respond to a thread in an attempt to bump it ever again.._starcraft_ wrote:i thought the spamming/bumping was out of order and especially unfair towards other developers.
just really bad mannered and annoying.
just don't think cos ppl are too nice to say anything that we didn't notice your bumping everytime your "karnage" thread ended up on page 2. if everyone did that this forum would be unreadable.

Well I absolutely disagree with you there:_starcraft_ wrote:= spammingKriminal wrote:What did i do?BONES wrote: Anyway, f**k ME DEAD! When you said it was gonna be in CM, I had no idea how much it was gonna be in CM. Good work, I suppose. But I have to ask you something; when you say "...but not as much coverage as me", what exactly did you do in the making of this instrument? Can you use SE at all?
Whatever i needed to to get it to the public eye![]()
what makes this synth good or unique in any way?this synth shares the same osc ,filters and basici components as other synthedits or am I wrong ? (yet u diss other synthedits as having no balls? lol)
don't get me wrong i appreciate the freebie.....but i thought the spamming/bumping was out of order and especially unfair towards other developers.

1) Karnage is a free product, no one was ever trying to make you buy something. Once you've read the thread, and knew what it was about, you never had to read it again if you didn't want to.
2)The more people that bumped the thread, the longer it stayed in the current public eye, the more people knew about a superb free synth = a very good thing in my eye. It took me ages to learn about Synth1, another top free synth.
If you read the thread, the majority of the posts were from people saying thanks for a great plug in.
People like Krim & Ian, and BONES do a great service by spending ages making superb synths and then giving them away for free.
The forum would not be unreadble if "everyone did this", as the majority of topics are queries, comments etc about instruments rather than all being entirely product releases
If I was trying to sell a synth for real money, and bumped the thread every day, then yes that would be A Bad Thing, but this product and BONES' products are superb free giveaways, and everyone should have the chance to download them.

There are many varieties of carrots, but most of those grown for the American market are 7" to 9" long and 3/4" to 1 1/2" in diameter; carrots of this type are commonly sold in plastic bags at the supermarket. Some stores also offer bunches of carrots with their green tops attached. You may see some less familiar varieties at your local farmstand or farmer's market, including short, fat (but deliciously sweet) Chantenay carrots and small round carrots that are a treat for the kids.
Large carrots are sometimes peeled and trimmed to 1 1/2" to 2" lengths and packaged as "baby" carrots. But true baby carrots are pulled from the ground early, and actually look like miniature carrots. They are sold in specialty shops or local markets, usually with their green tops attached.
