If you're on the Meffs you won't need Vitamin D so much as Vitamin B1. A deficiency could give rise to spurious perceptions, apparitions ... not to mention forgetting where you left the car keys.

"on the meffs"...? Never heard the expression. I'm not on anything, even tend to refuse prescribed painkillers because they're only gonna help for a little while (but their enemy is eternal). :-D
