cubase's exported volume

The latest test I've done revealed that what one host calls -6.0 dB is actually called -6.02 dB according to another. For simplicity half the volume is called -6dB some times. Its close but not exact.

It's the same value, just rounded differently for display.

And some hosts have different results when they have to re-sample from 44 to 48 kHz or the other way around.

Of course - there are several different ways of doing this resampling.

nuendo offers a slightly stronger focus on surround features.

Cubase = best for musical composers, I f**k wit it everday.

Nuendo = virtually the same, but 50% more expensive - only if you're a Surround/studio/movie post-guy.

SONAR 4 = I started on Sonar, but I switched to Cubase 'cos it's got richer features, IMHO. Especially now it has ACID and Audio Warp; killer for remixes!
