Reason 3 is displaying strange behavior with FL Studio as well. When I launch FL, then launch Reason in rewire mode, the reason splash screen appears normally, but while FL is in the background of the splash screen, the splash screen will never go away and Reason will never appear. Immediately after minimizing FL, Reason appearl. Loading patches in Reason has a similar problem. When you click on a patch, it normally loads very quickly in Reason, but if FL is not minimized, the patch may take more than 15 seconds to load. I've tried and tested this many times and it's perfectly reproduceable. No problems with Cubase SL 2 though other than the patches load much slower in Reason when in Rewire mode.pannewb wrote:wazzup
I'm using Cubase SX 3.01 with Reason, a Athlon XP 2800, and an SBA 2. Reason always has to be minimized and then brought back up for any change to occur in any parameter.
This is annoying for when I have frequent changes to make to a synth.

$500!?!?!?!?!.. i dont know where you live but i could go get a 17 inch moniter from bestbuy and a 2 output video card for undr 150.00 bucks total for both. the same price as a new vst. i think its worth it as it improves worklow by 100%TeeLangSun wrote:LOL. I'm not really into the two monitors, but if I were to take the route you're taking, I'd need more deskspace to accomodate the bulky monitors you must be referring to. I'm trying to gain extra space, not use more of it. But one monitor suits me fine and is fine for my workflow as far as I can tell.
