I have Wusikstation installed also and I have an OBVIOUS question - the Manystation patches/banks are the ones with the "MT" on it, right? I seem to have all of my Wusik banks coming up in the same list...

Thats exactly as it should be, as the soundsets and banks for Manystation are installed in the same place as the Wusikstation sets. And Manystation and Wusikstation are more or less the same VSTi...

It allows you to now start Blending and Layering ManyStation Soundsets with all the Other Wusik Products and Soundsets.
As Martha might say...

All the ManyTone Soundset folders and all the Banks have the MT prefix.
Also the new WusikStation version that William is about to release, will update / rename all your Wusik Banks with a new name that uses Wusiks prefix.
This will keep it all clean and organised in the GUI.
So once that new version is out it will clean it all up a bit for you.
