I've only used them once (to NZ), but it was all good. Easy. Also they responded to a few initial emails I had, and some others about a possible purchase, so they seem on the ball.

Good to know, thanks.v0rn+ wrote:Usually they ship via UPS, and UPS will (usually) on-charge you import duty and/or GST, which they send as a seperate bill.
It can take up to a week or so for stuff to arrive, particularly as it seems that customs like to take extra time to look at "urgent" deliveries, so I never bother with the express service.
Having said that, UPS give you a tracking number, so you always know where your stuff is, and why.
Vorn.
How much was import duty? GST is +10%...
Forever,
Kim.

i have ordered stuff from them for a few years now. never a problem, always great. once there was supposed to be a power adapter in something i ordered. there was none and they just sent me one... probably didn't have to since it's the manufacturers fault i am guessing. i live in california so i have to pay sales tax. i could order from someone else and save that cost, but the value of the service and dealing with credible people is worth the extra cost to me.

I am a huge fan of Audiomidi.com...it's always my first stop...
The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.
