Im using FL4.5 and have a large number of .flp files (200) that I want to convert to mp3 all with the same settings. Is there any way to do this except manually, one at a time?

Are there other hosts that can batch process to mp3 or wav?

Hmmm, I think not. The .flp doesnt contain any real audio data (hence the file size). so im afraid u will have to render them one by one (unless fruityloops has a batch render function).
By controlling the voltages, we control the frequencies, by
controlling the frequencies, we can control the human mind.
.... but God knows the machines took over our brains last
night ... who is controlled and who is controlling?

I've noticed that FL tends to put out shitty mp3s on a vaguely relateed note.

Every time I download a track from the cafe with 'encoded in FL studio' in the tag, it's invariably at a needlessly high sample rate with no joint stereo compression.

Best you render them to .wav and encode in a seperate app like CDex.

If people are setting it too high it's their fault, not FL's. They also just updated to the newest version of LAME too in the more recent version.

Fair enough. I guessed it was a limitation from the number of people doing it (come to think of it, I only check when I notice the audio is a bit off, so of course I'll never notice the good ones :dog:). If it's using LAME I'd assume there'll be some --alt preset switches in there somewhere.
