Anyone know a popular sample library for these kind of drums and percussion?

Stormdrum and QL RA have all the ethnic percussion you could ever want, but they're a bit pricey.
For cheaper stuff, you could check out the World samples at SampleFusion (http://www.samplefusion.com). They're pretty nice.
