Bought this CD coz steven used a few of my earlier presets on it...I've been drinking an early evening beer and listening to it and i've got to say it's great! It's a little nutty...kind of chaotic and all over the place...but in a good way, as that's what I think I like about it...it's got a chaotic overtone to it, but manages to stay organized very well. If you haven't heard it yet, talk to steven about buying a copy.

Very nice work steven!

Much obliged TOTC, glad you got it and enjoyed.

www.soundoo.com and search 'Analogistic' for anyone who's interested. Analogistic maybe almost out of stock, so not sure how Soundoo will handle the order if out?
But more will be coming soon folks. :hihi:

Watch out Moby, I'm gonna Trump your Hotels.

No problem dude! I throughly enjoyed it. Was definitely a nice change from what i've been listening to lately. I didn't fast forward through a single track though man....just popped it into the CD-Rom drive down in the studio and turned the monitors up. Listened to the whole thing in one sitting. The mixing on it is good too. Is the studio where you recorded it your own? or did you go to another place to do it.

Hate to tell you my man, the 'studio' was my laptop! And the majority of tracks was done using Orion 4.8 at the time. 'Star Tripping - Circa 1972' was just a Roland SP808 phrase sampler with my butchery, and 'Harder' is essentially a Yamaha CS-10 and Univox beat box going through Boss pedals and such. But all the other 9 tracks are instruments (mostly freebies) found right here at KVR... Elegoxa, Krakli, DJ Svante, Dr. Tikov, Bones, Ugo, Odo, and Ik all had some of their key instruments used in Analogistic. As well as all the KVR'ers such as yourself that made presets for so many of them. I did very little 'tweeking' to any of them. Just went with the inspirations they gave me and laid down those tracks. ;)

BTW - If I recall, it's your patches for Crystal that stand out for 'Enchepalitis Lethargica' I think?
And/or Pro52 patches on 'Las Vegas, Nevada'?.... All I know is about 90% of anyone that ever contributed a synth or a patch to KVR between 2001 and 2003 is on Analogistic somewhere. 8)

No, that's great! For the genre the mixing and mastering job is perfect. Really just goes to show how fast this industry is changing and how the quality of software has risen in the past ten years. Very impressive. I just wondered coz it says "Dungeon Studios" on it and I wasn't sure if that was a project studio in your basement (like my humble corner at home :hihi: ) or a big-rig place in town. Very good though, definitely worth the 18 euros and much more. ; )
