Thanks for the feedback, guys, especially teetow. The only one I'll respond to for now is the loudness thing - I reduced the overall volume deliberately after one complaint and several comments that NEOkILLER was way too loud. Can't please everyone.

Well, now you guuys are well and truly f**ked. I just finished setting up my new monitor. Its really bright and everything looks way too contrasty so I'm gonna have start toning things down even more. In fact the white in this quick reply box is burning my retinas. I must look away! AAAARRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

Got me shades on now, much better. In case you're wondering, its a very nice little Dell number; 20" TFT, Widescreen 16:10, 1680x1050 with a contrast ratio of 600:1 and brightness up the ying-yang. It looks realy nice next to my other new toys [Alesis Micron and Edirol PCR-1]. As soon as I can get my phone to talk to my PC , I'll post a pic.

hm, godkiller has a very washed out gui..perhaps it's the .jpg but it looks damn blurry.

I confess I like the low contrast, too. It keeps from searing my retinas at 1am, but to each his own, of course.

f**k me dead! Its my synths, made primarily for my use and I make it available for free to anyone who wants to use it. Why would I create it with an interface that I don't like, that is more difficult to use in my setup than it needs to be, just so that other people, who by-and-large have never done me any favours, can be happy with it? It doesn't make sense.
