That's funny - I decided to try the forum after seeing this thread using my user library password and can't get into that - I thought it worked for both?

different log/pass, aMUSEd; you can set em to be the same, but both they have seperate logins.

they CAN be the same, but they have their own logins.

It all depends- they've been trying to streamline things. If you've registered a new product in the last three months or so (or had a new activation), chances are it's the same password. Before that, it's iffy.

doh - figured it out. THEY mispelled my username (reversed an i and an e so it's different from my email addy userlib name)

and being dyslexic I didn't notice
