Looks like everyone's into the new fad of 'spiked corn flakes' as the healthy alternative to ecstacy and jogging?
I like Mixsposure alot, but I will say in the past while - I don't see alot of 'Mix' there. Many tight commercial people and bands for sure (and maybe I'm one too... Or not?) And not alot of 'Mixing' going on there between members boosting other members than "Sounds heavy man, awesome tune 10-10-10-10"
I'm no Rex Reed in my reviews there, but one would have to sing better than THE BEST, play better than THE BEST, and be more creative than THE BEST in order to get a 10 out of me. But I atleast try to boost confidence, give my 2 cents on what I didn't dig about the song, and give them a respectful rating. 8 being 'Four Stars', 6 being 'Three Stars', 9 being 'Four and a half' and so on. If the majority of Mixposure members were to compete against Ebert and Roper rating movies - Sandra Bullock would get the Academy Award.
If ones intelligent enough to play an instrument or use the internet, one should be compassionate and tactful in the feelings of fellow music makers and admirers. That's all I'm saying.
As mommy told me - If you don't have anything nice to say... Turn it into a Hip Hop song and get religious on MTV.
...spiked corn flakes.

Steven,
I agree that the points are a little over the top but the narrative is the important thing. We're dealing with the general public here so the quality is sure to vary.

Not a thing wrong with that. We encourage our members to get their music out to as many sites as possible.
