got reason 3.0?
have a check at my first free refill, the StratPack.

contains:
A) a (guess?) Fender Stratocaster patch, for NN-XT:
46 zones (52Mb of mono waves).
every note has been sampled twice, and thanx to NN-XT's alternate function, you'll experience two alternating samples per zone.

B) 15 Scream4 patches (distortions, amps, etc.)

C) 10 Combinator patches, for dense arpeggios, leads and cool pseudo ambient swells.

I dropped the files (19.4 Mb) into my new account @ Filecloud.com. Registration is required to download.
btw, you'll have 100Mb of space for sharing stuff for free, the downloads are pretty fast even from here in Italy (the medium waiting time experienced before a download starts is between 5 and 18 minutes), so I think it's a nicely done service. Since I'm going to post this link also on the Reason Community (but here first 8)), expect longer wait times.

read me.txt file:

(or search for "waiting man"'s account, it's a public folder)

I hope you enjoy. :)
more to follow...next refill will be from the funkiest of pedals (roll)...the Eh Bass Microsynth.

ps: I'm not sure if 2.5 users are able to use this.
infos and comments are always appreciated.

agree, quite a perfect addiction. the last 3 days my mind has been absorbed in creating very silly randomizing machines, now Reason has totally entered the modular madness.

Thanx again waiting man!
These samples and combi`s are for sure useful.
Some of the combi`s are REALLY overeffected...but easier to cut them down to a personnal preference level then to add.

Nicely done!
Thanx!

:hihi: yep, the combis are a bit unsubtle..just a deranged range. I hope you'll find them tweakable enough, while still wanting some diy.

just a quickie info: red skin for leads, yellow for "clean" tones, blue for whatever.

curious, no complains about the wait?
on the prop site one guy was asked for a 70 minutes wait.

New location for the StratPack Refill.
Check the download section at CombinatorHq.com, great site with two great refills.

finally, no waiting.
get it!

(thanx to lizard, cool guy)

p.s.: there are a lot of Combi backdrops there, resembling some harware units. even a Speak & Spell one... :hihi:

Yeah, I bought the J-station right before they stopped making them. It's kind of sad really, because I think it's better than the POD.

I just got the bodhran recently, and I'm still learning to play it. Hopefull I'll be Ok enough with it to record soon.

BTW, the other guitar part in the mp3 I posted is from Audio Warriors Acoustic Strummer. That's another awesome refill!

Post

if you wanna cooperate in a freeware bodhran refill pm me or drop me a line. Needs some patience so I'll understand if you'll just say no.
