Get a 301, it's better than that hunk of poop..

:D
however...
Sickle wrote:A 301 in perfect condition will hit the upper cieling of your spending limit(totally worth it, imo..)..But you can get a really nice 201 for a fraction of that & it's still an awesome unit.

No thanks. But why dont you go and read the Principia Discordia, and some Robert Anton Wilson, then come back and preach about your dumb little reality tunnel.

So is the 2000£ you have to spend just part of your bio survival ticket ?

oh, and this looks interesting for a 1000...

buy a huge vintage piece of analog tape equipment just for fun. something that's really difficult to use, on the point of no longer working, but 'vintage' enough (read 'antique' if you like) to command a high price.
Kick, punch, it's all in the mind.

like my reel-to-reel 1-inch tape 8 track? ;)

You could buy retro-gs01, retro-gs02 and super string thing and still have most of your £2000 left to spend (would cost you only £25 for all 3 hihi)
Have a better one - Saul Cross :-)

How seriously bad this thread is for my sanity; and moreso for the wallet :scared:
