Downloaded for trying out tonight. One small suggestion, just in case the author reads this thread: consider giving the installer a name other than "setup.exe", to avoid possible conflicts and to make the file easier to locate or identify in a cluttered download directory or archived to CD-R. :-)

This is the closest I've seen to a donationware Absynth equivalent yet, or so it seems after a quick run.

very annoying nag indeed
output not very hot (even with volume right up it sounds very quiet)
but from what I've heard so far.. it sounds great

I agree with volume issue, I had to put a huge gain vst to hear something...

i found the nag screen a little bit to naggy. A nag screen is ok, but a 10 seconds waiting period every 2 minutes or so is too much. every time i tried to get into the gui, i got this stupid waiting period. this prevents me from serious testing. And also from donating, i m sorry...

Are you kidding me??
And this synth has filters designed by Antti of ASynth fame?!
Wow - 20 LFOs. Honestly that's too much for me, but I don't mind
My only question is how's the CPU usage? I can't wait to try this when I get home from school! The GUI looks very functional, albeit drab/coarse. Lots of tabs and stuff... FOUR filters?! Does it have the filter variations like ASynth? (4p LP, 3p LP, 2p AP, 2p LP+1p HP, 4p HP, 3p BP, 2pBP + 4pLP + 3p HP, etcetc as different models for each of those variations: MS20, Mini, and XPander (i personally like the XPander
)). Woah... can't wait to try this. Thanks, dmi!

Couldn't resist. Installed T2 demo on my office PC and tried it. Seems light on the CPU but very very quiet. Crazy ammount of tweakability though

I wouldn't compare it to Absynth or Kubik as far as sound goes, and CPU use goes through the roof at times with just two or three notes of polyphony. And yeah, the nag is far more annoying than any sort of dropout or time limit when you're just trying to go through the presets and check it out :/

When I mentioned Absynth it was not for the sound of the presets (though the sequenced ones do sound not far off certain Absynth patches), which aren't really that impressive, but more with the architecture, envelopes etc. Not quite so versatile maybe, but there's a lot of potential for very complex patches here...

Yeah, so am I
How are you supposed to donate if you don't even know if you like the synth? I'm fine with the nag screen as it is, though, as long as I can play stuff with my MIDI keyboard during the nagging.

I find the nag-screen highly annoying - but I am convinced it is supposed to be so...
I just tried this synth for a few minutes - I checked out the presets and was hooked - although the cpu-usage is somewhat high I think the sound is worth it - it is wonderful - imo it's in in fact one of the most powerful and best sounding vst-synths ever - too bad for you if you don't realize this...
I know want to use it and thus I need top get rid of the f**king nag-screen - therefor I will donate!
