man, everytime I surf harmony central looking for reviews, I'm always struck by the "litterate" quality of reviews. Looks like people have taken 3 days to polish their comments before posting, so that in the end a
I always wonder if the companies themselves do not use harmony central as a free advertisment place.
Everything is rated at least 8/10 !!!
So can you really trust harmony central reviews as being non-oriented ?

naw I have seen somethings get bad reviews. HOWEVER, *most* people do not think bad thoughts about something that they are enamored with. So if someone buys a pretty new guitar, they will give it a good review even if it sounds like shit. But if you want to read some not so flattering reviews, read up on the epiphone tube amps...

I too especially distrust well written and thoughtful reviews. I think harmony may be VERY oriented.
I cannot play an instrument. I cannot remember melodies. I cannot sing. I have bad timing. I know way too little about counterpoint.

It's a conspiracy. All those reviews are written by drugged up ducklings from outer space. The big Evil Boss is (edit: sorry, I've had to remove this, they were threatening my family see). You know they are watching.
Sometimes I can hear them breathe behind me.

this thread is excellent. great functionality, ergonomics a plus, and VERY inexpensive for those on the cheap.

Some of the Harmony Central instrument reviews have been helpful. Sadly, many of the postings on the HC forum are not.
I've heard of Music Concrete...is there Music Asphalt?

I think the reviews are useful if there are more than 20. Then You can see a general trend on the product. Usually if someone states they just bought the product, have had it a couple of weeks, or tried it at the store then I dismiss the review.
