Awesome band, the best beats and darkest bass know to man...shame the studio burnt down and they lost an album (mid 90's i think)CypherOne wrote:I was listening to an old Chemical Brothers DJ set the other day that opens with a Meat Beat Manifesto track (I forget the name) but it's a corker!
Does anyone have any recommendations for MBM albums that I should check out?
I think Jack did a project called Superreal (guerilla records ???), i had a 12" once, that was good too.
Funny you should mention them, cos a track i started last night has a similar (if somewhat inferior)( sound to old MBM stuff.

mmm what a great song, what a great line (by the way, a very similar line is sung by Front Line Assembly too in their song 'Fatalist': It's in my brain now. A sort of homage I guess)

Thanks for all the suggestions guys, but can I find any MBM albums in the local record store? Nope. I'm an impulsive person who hates shopping online and waiting for delivery so off to a bigger town tomorrow to continue the search.
