..just ordered a used copy of 99% from a shop on amazon..shipping and all came to $6.94

Rich Borge does some fantastic artwork for MBM. He's got quite an impressive looking portfolio...

Be careful cos there are 2 versions of Subliminal sandwich, a double cd one and a single cd version.
