ok so the question is where can we find true stereo impulses?

The difference is really noticeable with instruments panned 100% L or R.

Sahul, I'll add the to-be-standard "mix to mono" and "force mono" buttons (the latter one is useful when processing mono signal with mono impulse).

Generate your own using Aleksey's excellent Impulse Modeler.

Or look for any set of multi-positional real-space impulse responses on Noisevault - I posted a complete set up there some time ago (called Premises Studio 1). With a multi-positional set of responses you choose one stereo impulse response response to affect your left signal, and another one to affect your right signal.
