On your given link, it clearly says:

Although there is a patent on this technologie, i've continued the development for private, internal use. This is legal, but i can't publish the plugin anymore. If you are willing to know more about this technologie and if you want to use this for research or educational purpose, i will send you a PRIVATE copy.

Give Christian a break, guys! He is currently very busy with university, his band and his plugins (as well as visiting Musikmesse). He will probably read his mails, but won't be able to answer everything at the moment.
