Try from Mozarts "Marriage of Figaro"
-Gente, gente, all`armi, all`armi!

Not purely soprano but some beautiful soprano singing in there going to ensemble.
Or from the same opera
-Canzonetta sull`aria
(late in act 3)
A soprano duet (the letter duet) another of my favourites from figaro.
Maybe not a weepy but lovely none the less.
Also more mozart but this one from the "Magic Flute" (big on Mozart at the moment
)
-Ach, ich fuhl`s, es ist entschwuden
(middle of act 2)
Its the final strings in this one that get me!
If you are really intrested in some opera I would say the whole of these two operas are well worth a listen. If your just after a quick weep maybe the extracts mentioned may help
Edit: the magic flute is in German, but even if you don`t understand, the music is still worth the listen!
