Cheers mate,
you surely know that you've created a very useful piece of bits here. However, what I don't get is in Cubase SX 2.2.0.39 I can not get the 6 slots to remember their location. So I had a look at the .ini file, but don't really know how it has to look? For the moment it looks like this:
  • 85
    DRIVES
    DRIVES
    DRIVES
    DRIVES
    DRIVES
    DRIVES
How do I manually set the directories then? I have tried several ways to write the file:
DRIVES=E:\....
DRIVES 1=E:\....
1 DRIVES=E:\....
DRIVES E:\....

So far nothing seems to work :?
Would you be so kind to enlighten me? That would be really 8)
TIA
Raphael

Btw.: I had it working before, but have had to renew my system after some hardware change.

85 represents the preview volume
and DRIVES represents displaying from the top level (all drives).

You can recall file locations by simply dragging a folder to the little boxes, then it will record it in the .ini file, or you can just enter the directory location right in the ini file.

for example...

85
E:\
E:\BREAKS
E:\DRUMS
E:\VOCALS
E:\BLAH
E:\BLAHBLAH

basically each line is representative of the 6 storage boxes.

hope that helps :D

Thanks a lot m8, makes me feel kinda stupid  .
I will save a copy of the .ini file in a save place, just in case.....
;)
