I'm assuming the 64-bit-ness of it might not have much to do with the improved performance if at all, but the jump from 2000+ to 3500+ definitely does seem to.I'm using an MSI Neo4 Platinum mobo, which has the NForce4 chipset everyone keeps saying has problems with clicks and pops with low-latency audio; though I've not had any such problems at all with it so far. Maybe I'm just lucky.
