Anybody know about international copyrights??

AFAIK copyright is an international valid law. Only the law enforcements are different from country to country. Of course somebody in the EU could be accused of having stolen something copyright-protected from someone living in the US.

It’s a list of what copyright agreements these countries have signed. Whether they live up to their commitments or not is of course another matter.
Looks like you’ll have zero protection in Afghanistan, Ethiopia and Iran.

In Ireland, this is IMRO (Irish Music Rights Organisation) - In the UK, it is the PRS (Performing Rights Society) etc etc etc
