Whenever I create a 4 bar loop in FL Studio, then export it as a WAV file to use in Cubase SX, I run into problems.

I import the loop, repeat it, but the loop keeps stuttering or has gaps at the end and start of each repeat.

Any info on how to fix this?

Make sure that the loop fits perfectly into cubase . It important to zoom in and check because sometimes when you export from FL its a tiny bit longer than 4 bars and when you copy , the bar either overlaps itself or the spacings get bigger between bars !!

do you use it at the original tempo? or sliced? or stretched/musical mode?

make sure you are exporting the loop as an acidized wav...that should make cubase automatically fit it for you...also try playin the loop in winamp or an mp3 player to see if the prob is really cubase and not fl

Its definately FL Studio ! Programme a 4 bar beat , import it into Cubase and note the GAP !! Its either too long or too short !Zoom is the tool !!!!!!!
