I haven't managed to find one on my own, what I need is one that will let you switch the output from the processed signal to the residual signal. Waves X-Noise and Sony NR 2.0 both do this, but I haven't been able to find any free ones that do. Anyone have a suggestion?

not heard of anything free. Only one that comes into my mind is the one built in the Audio-Editor Acoustica, which you can test for about a month or 14 days for free:
