Anyone got an Archos Gmini 400

I was considering buying one and was wanting some advice about them:

1. Is the battery normal AA / AAA's? or does it have something similar to a phone battery that can be recharged?
2. Does it function exactly as a removeable hard disk from the computers point of view?
3. Whats the video playback like?

Basically do you like it if you own one? Also does anyone know how they compare to other mp3 players (iaudio m3, ipod etc)
