blah... the free bundle was nifty, but i refuse to do the iLok thing. i'm quite happy with my UAD-1 and tritone plugins.

gee! golly gee! i reall yenjoy my uad-1 and blue tubes plugins. i think blue tubes v2 was way better than v1. maybe u guys didnt try it when v2 came out?

i'm pretty sure i tried blue tubes v2 - try this for qualitiy
comparision
put the blue tubes Brickwall Limiter, UAD Precision Limiter and BuzMaxi3 1.2(smooth setting) on the master, make some loud beats (deep basedrum and some snares) and know compare the sound of these three by switching them on and off.
If you don't hear it there's something wrong with your ears.

I'm going to d/l the demo and try them again. I really wasn't impressed before though - despite the fact that they look like they rock...but of course that isn't everything.

i really only use the eq and compressors. i always have my precision limiter on the 2 bus

for what do you need the compressors? Isn`t the 1176, LA2A and of course the Faichild enough? I only use these. And sometimes the gold old Kjaerhus GCO. For eq-ing i`m not decided wheter to buy prec-eq or cambridge. I don`t have money for both.

When I saw the PACE iLok requirement I deleted the download and sent an e-mail to the developer letting them know they lost another potential customer.
I urge you to do the same.
I got a few replies from them.
(they seem to be very nice people)

Anyway if anybody gets the demos to work please let us know how they sound.
