Just a quick question, I use Logic Pro 7...and the only way that I could use VST instruments is to buy a wrapper of some sort.
If I run Live 4.0 (considering upgrading from Live 3), will I be able to run these VST instruments in Live and rewire it back to Logic?
Thanks,
Zai
P.S. thinking of upgrading my Reason 2.5 to 3 as well...which one first? :p

Unnfortunately no. Live can't host AU/VST when run as a rewire client.zai wrote:Just a quick question, I use Logic Pro 7...and the only way that I could use VST instruments is to buy a wrapper of some sort.

thats retarded. I use live as a rewire host, but as a slave, i would have figured it would have the same features. Geez, that pisses me off. haha. I dunno, drop logic? use live as the host and rewire your new version of reason into it?!?! hehe. thats what i do.

I believe every thread should devolve into character attacks and witch-burning. It really helps the discussion.
